Ericha Clare, ND, LAc, IFMCP, is a naturopathic physician, licensed acupuncturist and IFM-Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner serving patients in Oregon and Washington. With over 10 years of clinical experience, she specializes in integrative, root-cause approaches to complex and chronic health conditions, blending functional medicine, acupuncture, botanical medicine, nutrition and lifestyle strategies. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Clare is an experienced educator and curriculum developer, teaching functional medicine principles, nutrition, and health sciences to students and healthcare professionals.

We currently offer two core categories of wellness services:
Functional wellness: root-cause diagnostics, hormone and gut health support, fatigue treatment and lifestyle medicine.
Aesthetic wellness: minimally invasive, natural-looking enhancements including injectables, microneedling and skin optimization.
Traditional healthcare often focuses on treating isolated symptoms. At Moda Wellness, we go deeper, addressing the interconnected systems of your body through holistic wellness strategies, data-informed insights and individualized care plans.

Over the course of your first several appointments, we'll build your personalized care plan, reviewing your health history, goals, lifestyle and lab data as the foundation. Depending on what we discover, we may recommend further diagnostic testing or treatment planning. Our goal is to provide clarity, identify clear next steps, and serve as a true partner as you embark on this new, hopeful phase of your health journey.
Every care plan is built around your unique biology, symptoms, goals and preferences. We use advanced diagnostics — including hormone, gut, metabolic and inflammatory markers — to create highly individualized strategies that deliver functional treatments, aesthetic support, or both.
There’s no one-size-fits-all protocol at Moda Wellness. Only what’s right for you.
Some of Moda Wellness’ functional services are covered by insurance. Those services typically include functional medicine visits and acupuncture. Other services like IV therapy and all aesthetic services are out-of-pockets costs. All pricing is transparent and will be fully discussed with you prior to treatment.
Yes, we do accept insurance for some functional services. Aesthetic services are generally not covered by insurance. However, both function and aesthetic services may be eligible for payment or reimbursement through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), depending on the nature of the treatment and your plan guidelines. We encourage you to consult your health plan handbook for more information on what is covered.
