Moda Wellness can bill insurance for some functional medicine and acupuncture services. When you sign up as a patient of our clinic, be sure to share your insurance information. At the time of your appointment, we’ll provide a quote of what your out-of-pocket costs will be based on your verification of benefits, so you’ll always know what is covered by insurance and what will be billed to you at the time of service.
